Anne H. Barrar is an associate attorney practicing with the Litigation section of the firm, as well as handling estate planning matters.
Ms. Barrar is also active in pro bono matters, including the representation of clients through the Fairfax Bar Foundation Pro Bono Program.
Ms. Barrar received her B.A. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) Summa Cum Laude, in 2005. Ms. Barrar graduated from Duquesne University School of Law in 2008, where she was an active participant in the Low Income Tax Practicum which provided free legal assistance to qualified taxpayers as well as the Securities Arbitration Practicum which provided free legal representation to small investors who cannot afford legal assistance in resolving disputes with investment professionals.

Michael P. Logan is the managing partner of Grad, Logan & Klewans, a law firm in Falls Church, Virginia. He has practiced in the Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. area since his admission to practice in 1980.

Claire R. Pettrone practices exclusively in the area of health law. Ms. Pettrone holds a masters degree in nursing and, prior to her legal career, she was a pediatric/neonatal nurse practitioner. Her diverse professional background has proved invaluable in her representation of health care clients.

Before pursuing a legal career, Ms. Pettrone was the coordinator for the Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Program at the Georgetown University School of Nursing. Mr. Riddles has over 25 years of experience as trial and appellate counsel in complex commercial litigation. In particular, Mr. Riddles has excelled in the fields of construction and government contracts litigation, admiralty and maritime litigation, and military law. His clients have included world renowned cruise and shipping lines, multinational construction corporations and surety companies. His leadership and advocacy have enabled his clients to obtain multi-million dollar jury verdicts and appellate awards, and to defeat significant claims asserted against them.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Riddles was a litigation and trial counsel with the U. S. Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps, with experience in over 60 jury trials, as well as participation in federal and military-related litigation throughout the United States.
His appellate experience includes the preparation of briefs and presentation of oral arguments before the Supreme Court of Virginia, The United States Courts of Appeal for the Fourth and Fifth Circuits, and the presentation of, and opposition to, Petitions For Writs of Certiorari before the United States Supreme Court.
He has twenty-five years of experience as a teacher of trial practice and deposition techniques for Georgetown University Law Center and the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. In the year 2000, he was honored to serve as the Contributing Editor, and to write the opening chapter, for Model Jury Instructions For Surety Cases, published by the Torts and Insurance Practices Section of the American Bar Association. He addressed the Section at the Annual ABA Convention in Manhattan in 2000. In October of 2009, he was a faculty member at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy’s Advanced Trial Practice Course, which was presented in Washington, D.C., at the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. He was honored to be chosen to present the faculty demonstration of closing argument.
Always a tenacious and zealous advocate for his clients, Mr. Riddles nonetheless strives to maintain courtesy, civility and integrity in his relations with opposing counsel.
